Over 25 years I have valued more than 2,000 businesses — from early-stage companies to ASX-listed groups — and advised on matters across Australia, the UK, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand.
I began my career at Deloitte, where I prepared US listing documents for Australian businesses seeking to list on American exchanges. I later completed Stanford University’s Real Option Valuation Analysis program, which shaped how I approach complex, high-stakes valuations. I later joined KPMG and then I have been working independently since 2006.
